          Tuning fork density and concentration meter


          Tuning fork density meters are used to measure the density of liquid media in tanks and pipes. Density measurement is an important process control in the production process of a product. The tuning fork density meter can be used as an indicator of other quality control parameters such as solid content or concentration value. It can meet the various measurement requirements of users for density, concentration and solid content.


          Working principle


            Tuning fork series online density and concentration meters use acoustic frequency signal sources to excite the metal tuning fork and make the tuning fork vibrate freely at the center frequency. This frequency has a corresponding relationship with the density of the contact liquid. Therefore, the frequency can be analyzed Measure the density of the liquid, and then perform temperature compensation to eliminate the temperature drift of the system; and the concentration can be calculated according to the relationship between the density and concentration of the corresponding liquid at a temperature of 20 ℃.

          Precautions


          Due to the needs of the technological process, the tuning fork density meter is often installed on the site with relatively harsh working conditions. In order to minimize the harshness of the working conditions of the density sensor, pay attention to the following:


          ★The tuning fork density meter should be installed as far as possible where the temperature gradient and temperature change are small, and there is no impact or vibration.

          ★ The measured medium is not allowed to freeze, otherwise the sensing element will be damaged and the tuning fork density meter will be damaged.

          ★ Prevent contact with corrosive or overheated measured medium.

          ★ Prevent the scum from depositing in the tank.

          ★ It should be handled gently to prevent damage to the tuning fork density meter.

          ★ Do not drop the instrument directly.

          ★ The instrument is forbidden to work above the rated pressure.

          ★ The pressure test is forbidden to exceed the specified test pressure.
