Ensil went to court, and lost. Mr Kiani's company has been ordered to repay $1,200,000 and costs. He now has to face a Utah company for the same deal. Have a nice day Kiani!

Mr. farsad Kiani will be in 2 different court houses in January 2008 to try to stop having to make multi-million$ payouts because he took money without doing the work contracted.
